  Absolutely terrible, I ordered 2 chocolate shakes and she brought up shamrock shakes and cleared the screen to seem like she didn't. It wasn't even worth it to ask because she was too preoccupied with so many other things for 20 minutes. Terrible service never going back

  Service was okay food wasn't bad fries could have been a little hotter place is pretty clean but it needs more smiles cashier had a good attitude but needs to smile for the money not bad

  Sadly this place is a joke. They open at 6am, but if you stop before 6:30 you can expect a wait, even if you're the only person there. This location continuously messes up orders and instead of correcting problems, they just blame it all on another shift. I know this is a job that's often done by teens and young adults but there's a line between inexperience and laziness or a bad attitude. There was a period of time when we stopped every single morning for a milkshake and a hot fudge sundae. at least 50% of the time we couldn't get it. The machine would never be up and running. First shift always blamed it on third shift for not having it cleaned and ready for the morning. We'd come in and it would be on a heat mode because it went into self cleaning or something like that. So we started calling third shift, asking if the machine would be up and ready when we got there between 9 and 11am. Even when we're told, oh its cleaned and ready to go, it still wouldn't be on!!! Myself along with many others have been disrespected I don't know how many times. I've even been bitched out for using coupons. The employee stated that it created too much extra work for him. I know it's my own fault for going there but I keep thinking it will change. I get a lot of coupons and gift cards but sometimes I find myself just letting them expire bc even free food isn't worth the hassle. We've gone to customer service many many times over the years and never got anywhere. In fact I've even heard other locations bash this location! I do not recommend this location or anything about it. I say AVOID it. If you're that hungry, go up the rod 2 minutes to sheetz!

  Absolutely terrible. Slowest mcdonalds I've been to and they still manage to get my order wrong. Can't bear to eat their chicken anymore, always comes out raw.
